For agencies
A vacancy page that pre-qualifies the people who apply
Agencies list vacancies, seekers check your verification status before they commit, and introductions arrive as requests you confirm or decline — not as unfiltered applications.
Introduction requests, not cold calls
Seekers send a request for a named vacancy and agree that you may see a short preview of their details. You decide which requests to confirm.
Checks shown next to your vacancies
Licensing and document checks are listed on every vacancy, so seekers can see what has been verified about your agency before they request an introduction.
Response times kept honest
Once an introduction fee is paid, the agency has two business days to acknowledge it. Pending and overdue items are visible in the workspace.
Candidate stages in one place
Track each introduction through screening, interview and decision, with the stages and timings shown on the vacancy.
How the introduction fee works for you
A seeker sends a free request. You confirm the vacancy is still open. The seeker then pays the one-off KSh 2,500 introduction fee by M-Pesa, and the introduction is delivered to you with their contact details. The fee is charged once per agency and vacancy and covers follow-ups about that vacancy.
The introduction fee does not guarantee an interview, employment or visa approval. Recruitment decisions are made by the agency.
