How it works

From search to introduction, in five steps

You are never asked for money to look at a vacancy. The only fee is the one-off introduction fee, and it comes after the agency confirms the vacancy is still open.

Search and save for free

01

Browse vacancies by sector or destination, or describe the work you have done in plain language. Saving a vacancy costs nothing and keeps it in your list for next time.

Check the agency

02

Every vacancy shows which agency checks have been completed and what is still pending, so you know who you are dealing with before you pay anything.

Request an introduction

03

Send a free request to the named agency. They confirm the vacancy is still open before you pay the KSh 2,500 introduction fee.

Pay once, by M-Pesa

04

One KSh 2,500 fee covers your introduction to that agency for that vacancy, and all follow-ups with them about it. You only pay after the agency confirms the vacancy is open.

The agency picks it up

05

Once payment is confirmed, the agency has two business days to acknowledge the introduction. Recruitment decisions after that are made by the agency.

What is free

  • Searching and browsing every vacancy
  • Saving vacancies to your list
  • Sending an introduction request to an agency
  • Seeing each agency's verification checks

What the fee does not do

  • It does not buy a job, an interview or a visa
  • It does not move you up an agency's queue
  • It does not replace the agency's own screening
  • It is not a deposit on travel or documents

The introduction fee does not guarantee an interview, employment or visa approval. Recruitment decisions are made by the agency.
